Operation Clean Health

About Us

Life doesn’t always go as planned. But none of us has to face it alone. At Operation Clean Health (OCH), we know that families today face growing challenges—rising costs, natural disasters, housing instability, and unexpected setbacks. These are more than disruptions—they’re turning points.
We respond with practical compassion. Through laundry support, partnerships with local organizations, and direct aid, we help individuals restore normalcy and dignity.
Clean clothes might seem small—but they represent stability, confidence, and the power to move forward.
We’re not just doing laundry. We’re helping people get back on their feet, one load at a time.

Our Story

OUR FOUNDER

David's Journey - Humble Beginnings

From migrant farm worker to serving his country to business owner — David’s story is the American journey. David Rebolloso, founder of Operation Clean Health, grew up a migrant farm worker in South Texas, traveling the country harvesting crops. By the age of 14, he had seen more states from the back of a truck than most see in a lifetime.
After serving 20 years in the U.S. Air Force and 30 years in healthcare, David turned to entrepreneurship—building a successful cleaning business and opening laundromats to serve his community.

Who We Are and What We Do

Caring for those who care for others. Operation Clean Health began with a simple idea: when we support each other in small, meaningful ways, we build stronger communities.
We provide preloaded laundry gift cards through churches, schools, and other nonprofits, offering essential support to families who are struggling. The gift of clean laundry goes beyond cleanliness. It means relief from one more financial worry. It means a parent can send their child to school with dignity. It means a neighbor can go to work with confidence.
We also support volunteerism by giving these cards to those who give their time to others — strengthening the spirit of community.
We believe in giving tangible help that restores hope. And we invite you to be part of that mission.

As Operation Clean Health was taking shape, I was inspired to create our guiding motto: “We Care for the Caregivers.”

How does Operation Clean Health show its care? By “paying it forward” or “paying it back” and by creating opportunities for those who believe in giving back—whether through their time, energy, or even their own resources.

OCH proudly supports local charitable organizations, schools, churches, and first responders by providing preloaded laundry gift cards redeemable at participating laundromats. These cards offer practical relief for an essential but often overlooked need: access to clean laundry.

Many of us are fortunate to enjoy a comfortable life—steady careers, nice homes and cars, family vacations, and even extra savings. But for others, daily necessities like gas, groceries, bills, and yes, even laundry, can be overwhelming. Given the choice, would you rather hand someone a dollar and wonder where it goes, or offer a tangible solution for a specific need? A preloaded laundry card does just that—it provides immediate, meaningful support and restores dignity to those who need it most.

At OCH, we believe small acts of care can make a big difference. Together, we can lighten the load for others and build a stronger, more compassionate community.
